How do I pay and when am I charged?

You save a payment card during the booking process. Your card is charged automatically after each clean is completed and signed off by the crew. You will receive a digital receipt by email each time.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most of our customers choose a 4-week or 8-week recurring round. Windows in built-up or traffic-heavy streets tend to soil faster, so a 4-week cycle keeps them consistently clear. Rural homes with lower road dust often suit 8 weeks. We set your preferred frequency when you book and you can change it any time from your customer account.

Do I need to be home when the crew arrives?

No. We clean the exterior only, so there is no need for you to be in. We will send you a text the morning of your clean and you can track the crew in real time through the customer portal. Payment is handled automatically so there is nothing for you to do on the day.

What if it rains on my clean day?

Pure-water window cleaning works well in light rain because the deionised water leaves no minerals behind. Heavy downpours that make ladderless work unsafe will result in a reschedule to the next available slot, and we will notify you by text. You are never charged for a clean that does not take place.

How is the price calculated?
