Your card is charged after each completed visit, not before. You save a card at signup and we charge it automatically once your crew marks the job done.
If your windows have not been cleaned professionally in over 12 months, a one-off first-clean surcharge applies. It is shown in your quote before you book and is not charged on later visits.
Bookings are advance-only with a minimum of 2 days lead time. After your first clean your recurring schedule is set automatically.
